In late May, we planned and conducted a two-week industrial training programme for delegates from the Metropolitan Electricity Authority of Thailand. In addition, we collaborated with NTPC School of Business to conduct a half-day training session for delegates from India and Nepal. 

30 volunteers from Singapore's power industry took time off from their regular work and participated in the National Electricity Market of Singapore (NEMS) Charity Outing on 21 June.

On 17 May, the entire EMC came together for a team building activity involving plastic straws and masking tapes. 

EMC together with PSC Consulting co-hosted the CIGRE Australia C5 Panel (Electricity Markets and Regulation) annual meeting in Singapore. 

EMC wishes everyone abundance, prosperity, and good fortune in the Year of the Dragon.

The Demand Side Management (DSM) Sandbox was launched by the Energy Market Authority (EMA) in October 2022 and interested companies can participate in the Sandbox from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2024. 

As we enter 2024, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation to our staff and industry partners for their invaluable commitment to the company and unwavering support towards EMC and the 20th anniversary celebrations of the National Electricity Market of Singapore (NEMS).

16 of our amazing staff were presented with long service awards at the SGX Group annual Award Ceremony. 

This year marks our 19th year of partnership with MINDS ATDC. We are glad to continue our support of the Centre and make a difference to the development and general well-being of their clients.

On 17 November, we commemorated the last industry wide event for the year with a Tree Planting event with our industry partners and friends.
