As determined by the EMA on 30 June 2023, EMC will be recovering 39.99 cents/MWh (inclusive of 8% GST) for services supplied from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024.
Under the Market Rules Chapter 2 Section 10.1.6, EMC is required to publish the contents of the report referred to in Section 10.1.4.
Under the Market Rules Chapter 2 Section 11.1.6, EMC is required to publish its proposed expenditure, revenue and schedule of fees as soon as reasonably practicable following the receipt of the Energy Market Authority's approval. On 8 September 2023, the Authority has approved the proposed schedule of fees in the proposed EMC Budget.
