Market Information Sharing Forum in September 2023
Our Markets and Operations team hosted the 131st session of the bi-monthly Market Information Sharing Forum (MISF) on 14 September.
The following topics were shared with the attendees during the session:
- market performance and key highlights for July and August 2023;
- system enhancements and projects; and
- feature topics:
- two instances of Temporary Price Cap (TPC) activation;
- a study on hourly energy uplift charge (HEUC), hourly energy uplift rebate (HEUR) and estimated hourly energy uplift rebate (EHEUR); and
- overview on the quarterly Uniform Singapore Energy Prices (USEP), fuel oil prices, electricity tariffs and Singapore Power (SP) market share from 2018 to date.
