Regulated Performance Standards
EMC continues to do well in all the performance targets set by the Energy Market Authority (EMA). For the 10th consecutive year, we have exceeded all performance targets set by the EMA for all four service dimensions; systems availability, pricing accuracy, settlement accuracy, and customer responsiveness.
This achievement demonstrates our team's commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering outstanding performance for all our stakeholders.
