As the licensed market operator, EMC is responsible for processing derogation requests.
Please use the Application Form for Derogation if you want to:
- Request an exemption to comply with a specific obligation, requirement or standard which is or may be imposed on you or in respect of your facilities or equipment by the Market Rules, any market manual or the system operation manual, or
- Request a permanent exemption from any obligation, requirement or standard which is or may be imposed on you or in respect of your facilities or equipment by the Market Rules, any market manual or the system operation manual.
Application Form for Derogation
Any market participant, market support services licensee, the PSO and the EMC may apply for derogation.
If you intend to be a market participant and wish to request for derogation, you may apply for a derogation if you have been granted conditional registration status in the market participation registration process.
