EMC is pleased to announce that the EMC Board has re-appointed Professor Walter Woon as Chairman of the Market Surveillance and Compliance Panel (MSCP) and Dr Stanley Lai as a member of the MSCP. Their new terms will be for a period of three years starting from 1 January 2025.  

EMC expresses its appreciation to Professor Woon and Dr Lai for continuing to devote their time and effort in strengthening the surveillance and compliance functions of the National Electricity Market of Singapore (NEMS). 

The MSCP comprises Professor Walter Woon (Chair), Mr Philip Chua, Dr Stanley Lai, Professor Euston Quah and Mr Yeo Yek Seng.
